Hurdal Gjestegård is a timber building from the 1830s, previously a rectory until 2018. In 2021, it was transformed into a yoga and retreat center offering weekly yoga and meditation courses, as well as treatments like massage, healing, and acupuncture. The guesthouse has spacious, bright rooms and is located in scenic surroundings near Hurdal Ecovillage. Its historic garden, known for the Hurdal Rose, is being restored to resemble its 1950s appearance.

Wilde Irish Chocolate

Founded in 1997, Wilde Irish Chocolate is a Chocolate Factory based in Tuamgraney, in East Clare in the West of Ireland. A variety of handmade chocolates are manufactured on site. There is also a coffee shop and a visitor experience. The visitor experience enables participants to create their own bar of chocolate. The most sustainable and natural ingredients. Wilde Irish Chocolates also pride themselves in using compostable and biodegradable packaging from renewable resources.

Derg Isle Adventure Centre

Outdoor Adventure Centre based in Scariff in East Clare in the West of Ireland. Activities include kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, and boating while on land activities like archery, wall climbing, and obstacle courses.

Cotter Organic Lamb

Lauhanvuori – Hämeenkangas UNESCO Global Geopark

Brothers Jack and Nick Cotter set up Cotter Organic Lamb to sell the organic lamb produced on the farm in Abbeyfeale (located in the southwest of Ireland) directly to homeowners and restaurants. Jack and Nick also founded Cotter Agritech, which is a business focused on delivering technology solutions to reduce chemical use in agriculture.
