Fagskolen Rogaland or Rogaland Polytechnic College in English (RPC) is a public educational entity of Rogaland fylkeskommune with its own school board. RPC is a tertiary education institution situated in Stavanger, Norway. It has a long history of 150 years starting out as a maritime institution but over the years, due to fluctuations in the economy and sociocultural shifts, it has made changes in its offers to meet needs in the community. Currently, FR is a part of an education centre providing educational offers at 3 distinct levels. Agia Varvara Regional Gymnasium was founded in January 1993. It is a public high school in the suburbs of Nicosia, the capital of Cyprus and hosts 412 students with ages varying between 12-15. One third of students live in the area of the village of Agia Varvara whilst the remaining two-thirds are from the nearby villages. These is a total of 51 teachers working at this school, the majority of whom work full time while others work on a part-time basis because they also work part-time at other schools in the Nicosia area.
All students are taught a variety of obligatory subjects such as Greek, English, French, Maths, Physics, Computers, Gymnastics, History, Biology, Technology, Music, Art, Ancient Greek and Home Economics.

Despite the rapidly expanding economy with technicians and skilled workers, Cypriots retain a tendency to choose academic rather than technical courses, for reasons of social prestige, and currently Cyprus faces a chronic shortage of skilled workers.

Cacilhas-Tejo Secondary School is a high school situated in Almada, Portugal. The school community includes about 1900students over 15 years old (1000 between 15/18 years old and 900 adult learners), 140 teachers and 48 school assistants(technical, administrative and support staff).
